Role 01 / SAP Finance Leadership

Senior SAP Finance Consultant

Experience: 13+ years Mode: Contract Location: USA / Canada / India / Remote as applicable

Lead senior SAP Finance advisory and delivery workstreams across S/4HANA transformation, process design, solution governance, configuration oversight, testing strategy, data migration readiness, issue resolution, and client-facing execution.

  • 13+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with multiple full-cycle SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Senior-level expertise across GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, controlling integration, close, reporting, and finance operations.
  • Strong S/4HANA Finance knowledge including Universal Journal, ACDOCA, new asset accounting, Fiori, and finance simplifications.
  • Ability to lead fit-gap workshops, solution design, functional specifications, RICEFW governance, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, escalation handling, documentation discipline, and delivery ownership.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with business, technical, integration, testing, and migration teams.

Role 02 / SAP FICO

SAP FICO Analyst

Experience: 2–5 years Mode: Contract Location: India / Remote / Client location as applicable

Support SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, testing, documentation, configuration, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Experience in SAP FI processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Understanding of FI integration with MM, SD, and basic controlling processes.
  • Ability to support fit-gap analysis, configuration, and functional documentation.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and ACDOCA is preferred.
  • Unit testing, integration testing, defect support, and user support experience.
